I think this game is absolutely perfect. i love the story line, and how the computer refers to you really immerses you into the game. There were time where I just think, OH SHIT and just constantly keep them sedated. =P

The ending, I think is the icing on the cake. It ended as if I were thinking that I WAS the doctor and that saving myself was first priority. The cuts and the blood all over the place was really realistic, yet I couldn't help but feel a little bit creeped out every now and again.

All in all, this is the best game I have ever played. =)

"Disappointing"

I loved the others in the Madness series, but this conclusion is hardly what I would call a finish. You've left too many holes in the quilt of the plot, and those holes are letting a bloody huge draft in. It'd be nice if you'd patch up the wholes, but then you went and burnt the quilt with the "Normality Restoration" at the end. I loved the story as it picked up, but you've dumped it mid climax. Sorry.

This is alright, but the fact remains that you actually copied the style of the original of Niel Ciciereiga (Probably spelt wrong). The original can be found in the newgrounds collection ANIMUTATION. The very first was created by Niel. If I hadn't known, you would be a bit better off.
